I love the smell and taste of coffee but I'm not a daily drinker. I do enjoy it now and then especially when it’s got some medicinal super mushroom powder added in it.

- Half banana
- 1 -1 1/2 cup of almond milk (or any plant milk of your choice)
- A date or any liquid sweetener (adjust to your sweet desires)
- 1tbsp of Maca powder
- 1 tsp of Lions Mane
- 1 espresso shot
- 1/2tsp cinnamon
- Sea salt
